This Agreement outlines ownership and licensing terms for all content delivered by Tymlova.

1. Ownership of Deliverables

• The Client receives 100% ownership of all final deliverables.
• Tymlova retains no ownership rights to the final work.

2. Rights Granted to Tymlova (Optional Permission)

Tymlova may request: - to display completed work (videos, graphics, written content, designs) in its portfolio; - to use the work in social media showcases, adverts, or case studies.

Permission must be granted separately by the Client.

3. Rights Retained by the Client

The Client holds the exclusive right to: - modify, distribute, publish, or commercialize the delivered content; - restrict Tymlova from displaying sensitive or proprietary content.

4. Working Files

Working files (e.g., PSD, AI, RAW footage) are: - not included by default; - available upon request at an additional fee unless stated otherwise in the SOW.

5. Third-Party Assets

Some deliverables may include stock images, fonts, sound effects, or licensed materials. Such items are subject to the respective third-party licenses.
