Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

This Non-Disclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Tymlova and the Client.

1. Purpose

The parties wish to exchange confidential information for purposes of content creation, marketing services, and project execution.

2. Definition of Confidential Information

Confidential information includes, but is not limited to: - brand assets - business strategies - login credentials - unpublished materials - customer data - internal processes - any information not publicly available.

3. Obligations

Both parties agree to: - use confidential information only for the intended project; - prevent disclosure to any third party without permission; - store all shared information securely; - ensure that Tymlova’s talent pool accessing the information is bound by internal agreements.

4. Exceptions

Information is not confidential if: - the receiving party already possessed it legally; - it becomes public through no fault of the recipient; - it is independently developed without reference to the disclosed material.

5. Duration

Confidentiality obligations remain in effect for five (5) years after completion of the project.

6. Return of Materials

Upon request, each party must return or delete all confidential materials.

7. Portfolio Usage

Tymlova may request the Client’s permission to display final work in its portfolio. The Client may accept or decline.

8. No Transfer of Ownership

This Agreement does not transfer ownership of any confidential material.
