With our “Pay Later” option, you can begin training to experience the program before making a financial commitment.
The cost is deferred, with any balance added as a deficit once you start earning as a contract staff member through project work.

After training, candidates are evaluated based on their performance:
- Successful candidates are onboarded as contract staff with opportunities to earn through project-based work.
- Underperforming candidates receive additional mentorship to help them improve.
While no certification is provided, you’ll gain invaluable experience and become part of a forward-thinking team.
Earn While You Learn
Our unique payment structure ensures fairness and transparency:
- Payments are made per completed project, with a minimum project value of ₦8,000 Naira.
- Successful candidates can work on 15-20 projects per month, earning as they build their portfolio and gain experience.
- The “Pay Later” option allows you to start training with no upfront cost, giving you the flexibility to pay over time through your project earnings.
